  • The group was present at the Basque forum for digital industry, held for the fifth time in Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao.
  • The event aims to serve as a meeting point for the sector and promote knowledge of the latest technologies applied to industry 4.0

The group specialising in machine tools and advanced industrial manufacturing technologies, DANOBATGROUP, took part in the Basque Industry 4.0 congress, held for the 5th time today at the Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao.

At the event, the Basque was able to showcase its capacities in the development of solutions applied to digitalisation of manufacturing environments, to the connectivity of production systems and to the progress made in automation and construction of smart factories.

The event, which has consolidated itself as one of the most outstanding digital industry forums in the Basque Country, is organised by the Basque Government through the SPRI Group who aim to facilitate a meeting place for all relevant parties in the value chain where one can get to see the latest trends applied to digitalisation in the industry and share specific experiences and success stories.

The introduction of digital technologies in production plants is revolutionising industrial manufacturing processes, a space in which DANOBATGROUP has positioned itself as a benchmark with a complete package of digital services articulated around the Smart HMI, an intelligent interface that assists the operator and allows access to information on the status of the equipment and its operation.

The group has also created the Data System, a set of services based on Big Data technologies that allow to have real-time information of the machinery and optimise its operation.

The Control System can also be found under this digital umbrella, which manages automated manufacturing lines and Intelligent Components - devices built into the machine that enable the precision, reliability and productivity of the machinery to be improved.
