The new DANOBAT coil fed laser cutting system will be showcased at Euroblech06-10-2016
The Sheet Metal division of DANOBAT will be at next EUROBLECH exhibition , where its new coil fed fiber laser cutting line will be exhibited. This new solution´s primary goal is to achieve significant savings in the materials to be processed and an increase in productivity as a result of reduced machine downtimes.
It is a highly productive solution, which takes full advantage of all the benefits offered by fiber laser cutting technology efficiency, speed, versatility, minimal maintenance, etc.), as well as the benefits arising from the use of metal coils (up to 15% savings in materials cost and improved sheet utilisation, being capable of cutting different types of parts simultaneously).
DANOBAT remains committed to developing unique and innovative solutions in order to meet its customers´ specific needs.
The system will be tailor-made designed to meet every needs of the customer, carrying out a previous feasibility study of the part type and the productivity to be achieved, parts qualities, operation modes and other factors deemed crucial by the customer.
The solution will consist of a feeding line that is adjusted both to the materials to be processed as to required sheet feeding speed. In addition to the feeding line, a fiber laser cutting module will be integrated, which will perform each of the desired geometry. These systems will be integrated seamlessly to work continuously.
Laser cutting head
The system includes a cutting head from Precitec, which has been designed to achieve greater control of the cutting process, as it is possible to monitor the state of the head at all times. A mobile phone can be used to display parameters such as:
- Optics temperature: Lens, protective window, and collimation lens
- Pressure: Gas cutting and purge
- Protective window pollution
- Working distance control
Classification of parts
Due to the importance of the management of cut parts, the output can be autmatied through robot, stacker, evacuation by trapdoor etc., allowing the classification of the processed parts according to sizes or geometries.
Due to its modular design, multiple heads can be integrated into the solution, in order to exponentially increase the cutting process´s productivity. The workload will be consequently distributed among the heads.
