Danobatgroup, a benchmark in the manufacture of machine tools and advanced production solutions, has hosted the official presentation at the EMO trade fair in Milan of the 31st edition of the Biennial Machine Tool Exhibition (BIEMH), which will take place in June 2022 at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC).

The event took place this morning at the Soraluce stand, a company belonging to the industrial group, and was officiated by the Regional Minister for Economic Development, Sustainability and the Environment, Arantxa Tapia.

The meeting was also attended by the general manager of the BEC, Xabier Basáñez, the general manager of AFM, Xabier Ortueta, and the CEO of Danobatgroup, Pello Rodriguez, who highlighted the group´s long-standing presence at the BIEMH, a trade fair in which the organisation has been participating since 1964.

"The BIEMH allows us to showcase our capabilities in our home market, where we can strengthen our positioning and attract customers and suppliers," said Rodríguez during the event.

The CEO also shared his conviction that industry would return to normal levels in the post-covid era and that despite the uncertainty new opportunities will emerge.

"We believe that a new horizon of new opportunities will emerge, where Danobatgroup will continue to work to be a benchmark in advanced manufacturing and digitalisation, because Danobatgroup stands for a long-term vision that allows us not only to evolve with the transformations in industrial manufacturing, but also to anticipate the challenges of the future, based on a sustainable business model, in the broadest sense of the word,"he added.

The presentation ceremony took place at the Soraluce exhibition space at the EMO in Milan, located at stand D06 in Hall 3, where the Basque manufacturer presented its SORALUCE PMG gantry milling machine for the first time on the Italian market.

The company brought to the event its comprehensive #MadeForYOU approach, a fully customisable and adaptable offer that encompasses machines, technological solutions and digital services.

During the fair, which ends on the 9th, Soraluce has programmed several live demonstrations of its machines, technology and services. The Bergara-based manufacturer has also presented its offer of advanced digital services, based on the Soraluce comprehensive monitoring platform and aimed at increasing the availability and productivity of the equipment.

Danobatgroup´s prominent presence at the EMO fair is further completed by the participation of Danobat, showcasing the capabilities of its three brands, DanobatDanobat-Overbeck and Hembrug, in hall 3, stand E26, at the exhibition centre.

Under the slogan "DrivenbyYou",  the Elgoibar-based company exhibits state-of-the-art grinding machines and hard turning lathes with a high technological value, as well as fully automated solutions. Danobat has also introduced its digital services aimed at improving customer efficiency, an area in which it has the following three platforms: DDS -Danobat Digital Suite- an interface that has all machine functions in a single environment; MOBILEAPPS, new applications for staff to act from their mobile phone or tablet, which can also be used to calculate the parameters of a new machining process, request and manage remote assistance, or receive alarms and notifications from the machine in real time; and myDANOBAT, a new environment for customers to interact with Danobat with quick and direct access to all the information related to their machine park.

These 3 brands develop technologically advanced solutions that offer close to 100% availability, tight tolerances in reduced cycle times, with the possibility of incorporating customised automated solutions to seamlessly meet the most demanding production requirements of any customer.
