Yet another year, DANOBATGROUP exhibited its products at the 15th edition of the CIMT exhibition in Beijing, the main machine tool trade fair held biannually in China.

This edition, DANOBATGROUP showcased the latest technology and solutions of DANOBAT and SORALUCE, particularly highlighting advanced machines featuring smart components (singular developments geared to obtaining enhanced accuracy and productivity in workpiece finishing); specialised solutions for the manufacture of high value-added components for the most demanding industrial sectors, as well as turnkey projects that span preliminary engineering work, the study of machining and inspection processes, technical specifications and supply of equipment, part conveying systems, as well as the installation and commissioning of a complete production line in any part of the world.

DANOBATGROUP will be participating in the International exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the metalworking industry in Moscow, from 25 to 29 May 2015. DANOBATGROUP will be showcasing the latest DANOBAT and SORALUCE innovations in machine tools and manufacturing processes on grinding, turning, milling-boring, sawing and drilling, punching, bending and laser cutting in Hall 3, Stand B90.

DANOBATGROUP will exhibit the latest developments and technologies of its two product brands, DANOBAT and SORALUCE, at the 14th China International Machine Tool Show -CIMT 2015-.

DANOBATGROUP will showcase in Hall E2, stand 201, the big dimension floor type milling-boring centre SORALUCE FXR-16000-W, the high precision DANOBAT-OVERBECK IRD 400 horizontal internal and radii grinding machine and the DANOBAT Underfloor wheel lathe for corrective maintenance of railway rolling surfaces and brake discs. On the stand a model of a full automatic railways axle, wheels, wheelset machining, assembly and inspection line will be also showcased as well as detailed information of other products such as lathes, grinding machines, milling boring machines, punchingand bending machines, laser cutting machines and turnkey solutions for oil&gas and railway industries.

The Sheet Metal division of DANOBAT has just installed in Italy an automatic fiber laser automatic cutting system of 1500 x 4000 mm in the company KAER INDUSTRIAL VENTILATION S.R.L., in the area of Pavia, near Milan.

KAER INDUSTRIAL VENTILATION SRL is a manufacturer of ventilation parts, suction and accessories for industrial kitchens, and with this new machine, it expects to strengthen its position in the market. The installed DANOBAT machine is a fiber laser cutting line, equipped with a 15 positions storage, loading and unloading automatic system. This automation of the laser cutting machine makes it a stand-alone system, which barely requires the intervention of the operator. The aim of sheet metal storage system is to save space, on one hand, and to be able to process different formats in queue without having to stop the machine, on the other.
