The Danobatgroup industrial group will once again have a prominent presence at the 24th Advanced Manufacturing and Machine Tool Congress (CMH), which will be held from October 29 to 31 in Donostia, at the Gipuzkoa Technology Park.
In addition to supporting the congress as a platinum sponsor through its companies Danobat and Soraluce, Danobatgroup will have an active presence in the program through technical presentations and its participation in round tables, contributing to the analysis of the main challenges and opportunities facing the machine tool industry.
The first contribution will be made on Wednesday, October 29, starting at 3:00 p.m., by Santiago Fernández, Head of Documentation and Safety at Soraluce, who will participate in the panel discussion “How to avoid conflicts of interest between the manufacturer and the buyer of machines.”
On the second day, Danobatgroup will have a particularly active presence in three key areas of the congress. At 9:40 a.m., Xabier Alzaga, Managing Director of Danobat, will make a presentation on robots with machine tool DNA at the main stage of the event, within the section entitled “The Automated Factory.”
At the same time, at the Scientific-Technical Congress, Iñaki Narbaiza, Director of Software Development and Measurement Units at Danobat, will present the technical article “High-performance robot: design, simulation, and calibration,” which outlines the development methodology used to design a high-performance robot capable of performing manufacturing tasks with great precision.
In addition, in the Cybersecurity area of the forum, Gorka Herranz, Software Development Engineer at Soraluce, will give a presentation on adapting machines to new cybersecurity requirements.
The industrial group's participation in CMH 2025 will conclude on Friday, October 31, with a presentation by the group's CEO, Nerea Aranguren, in the panel discussion “What now?” Together with other CEOs from relevant entities in the sector, she will reflect on the major global challenges impacting the industry: protectionism, the shortage of young talent, international competition, the emergence of artificial intelligence, and Europe's role in the new industrial order.
“It will be an opportunity to share strategic visions on the future of the sector and the role that industry should play in a context of rapid change,” Aranguren points out.
Through its presence, Danobatgroup reaffirms its leadership in the sector and its commitment to the transformation and progress of machine tools and advanced manufacturing.
