Danobatgroup remains committed to attracting talent in 2024
  • The industrial group will participate at four job fairs organised by the state universities of the Basque Country UPV/EHU and Navarra and the private University of Deusto this month February.
  • Our participation at these events underscores the group’s commitment to anticipate the future needs of advanced manufacturing

The rapid advancements in new technologies within industrial manufacturing and the machine tool sector require, with a view to their future sustainability, the development of new profiles capable of responding to the next challenges.

For this reason, talent recruitment remains a top priority for the industrial conglomerate Danobatgroup in order to maintain its strong leadership in advanced manufacturing over time and to proactively address upcoming needs.

Throughout February, the group will seek to attract new professionals at four job fairs organised by some of the main universities in the region. These events provide an opportunity for the group to share its experience and knowledge in the industrial sector with young students. Additionally, the group will engage in direct dialogue to provide detailed information on professional development and training opportunities within Danobatgroup.

Trade fairs:

On 13 February, Danobatgroup will be present at the Company Day - Empresa Eguna, held at the Gipuzkoa School of Engineering of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).

Two days later, on Thursday 15 February, the group will also take part in the Employment and Business Presentation Day (JEPE) at the Bilbao School of Engineering of the University of the Basque Country, which offers students a first-hand look at the advantages of joining the group.

Subsequently, students at the University of Deusto can connect with Danobatgroup at the 19th Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum on the 20th and 21st in Bilbao, an event in which Danobatgroup will participate with both a physical and virtual stand.

Finally, the group will participate in the Tecnun Donostia-San Sebastián Employment Forum of the Tecnun School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, which will be held on the 21st and 22nd, and where Danobatgroup will have its own stand on the 22nd.

During these events, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the Danobatgroup team and learn about the type of profiles needed across different companies within the group, such as Danobat, Soraluce and Goimek.

"People are Danobatgroup's greatest asset. That is why we are committed to strategic talent management, and actively seek new professionals with the ability to address challenges that arise in an increasingly digitalised environment marked by constant innovation", explains Iker Usabiaga, Director of Social Management at Danobatgroup.
