Latest SORALUCE developments exhibited at INTEC 2015 in Leipzig

The latest SORALUCE solutions are being showcased at INTEC 2015, the 15th trade fair for manufacturing, tool and special-purpose machine contruction, which is being held at the Leipziger Messe (Leipzig, Germany) from 26th February to 27th February.

SORALUCE solutions are showcased through its local subsidiray BIMATEC SORALUCE Zerspanungtechnologie GmbH, in Hall 5 Stand C04 and will be showcasing the SORALUCE TR-35 bed type milling centre and the SORALUCE modular quill patented system.

SORALUCE solutions are showcased through its local subsidiray BIMATEC SORALUCE Zerspanungtechnologie GmbH, in Hall 5 Stand C04 and will be showcasing the SORALUCE TR-35 bed type milling centre and the SORALUCE modular quill patented system.

The milling centre has a 3500 mm longitudinal travese, 1600 mm vertical traverse and 1300 mm cross traverse and is equipped with an orthogonal compact head, indexable at 1ºx1º, with 32kW, 5000 rpm motor.

It is a bed type configuration milling machine distinguished by its optimum stiffness and complete mechanical stability. It is notable for its long-lasting precision provided by a strict design and assembly process and high stock removal capacity. The TR-35 milling centre is the ideal machine for high precision mould and die manufacturers and medium sized workpiece subcontractors.

Besides, the SORALUCE MODULAR QUILL (worldwide patent) system. The system interchanges the modular quill spindle with the rest of the heads totally automatically.
