DANOBATGROUP participates at the industrial employment forum WORKinn
DANOBATGROUP will participate in the WORKinn Employment Forum for the second year in a row. The event will be held on 7 and 8 June at the Bilbao Exhibition Center with the aim of strengthening links between leading industrial companies and professionals of the sector.
The Forum, which will take place in parallel to various exhibitions related to industrial manufacturing such as Addit 3D and Maintenance Bilbao, is a meeting place for new specialised talents in the various branches of engineering and manufacturing, but also has the mission to provide a place to boost the positioning of the private sector as the driving force in generating quality employment.
DANOBATGROUP will have its own stand at this fair where established professionals in search of new alternatives for growth and students in training can find out about the opportunities and solid career prospects offered by the machine tool manufacturer by collaborating in high added-value projects in a multicultural environment in which people form the backbone of the company´s success.
Also, the fair makes it possible for participants to get a first-hand insight into the reality of an industrial group where innovation and high technological development are paramount. Information about available vacancies in the different companies of the group as DANOBAT, SORALUCE, GOIMEK or LATZ among others will be given by representatives of the HR department who will gladly take any CV of potential workers.
"Our participation at WORKinn is in line with our vocation to be a group that generates highly qualified employment. We are a group with a strong international focus in which it is possible to work on a stable career including gaining experience in different countries. Nevertheless, we have a firm local commitment evidenced by our strong presence in the Basque Country, where we employ around 900 people," says the HR manager of the DANOBATGROUP, Ainhoa Fernandez.
But WORKinn is not the only forum of this kind where DANOBATGROUP have a stand. Other outstanding employment forums have also counted with our presence, such as those organised by academic institutions such as the Mondragon University, the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra (Tecnun) and the University of the Basque Country.
With a workforce of 1300 professionals, of which more than half have university studies, DANOBATGROUP stands out for its commitment to training of talent and its links with the educational community.
In addition to its collaboration with schools and universities, the educational commitment of the DANOBATGROUP also materialises through the Workshop School for Assemblers, our own academic training program focused on Dual Vocational Training.
