Danobat presents the ESTARTA-400 and ESTARTA-650, a new concept of a cylindrical centerless grinding machine.

Centerless grinding machines that incorporate the most innovative and advanced technology. They stand out for being one of the most rigid centerless grinding machines available on the market to meet the most demanding requirements, including high speed manufacturing (120 m/s with CBN technology) paying special attention to rigidity.

Infeed, throughfeed and hibrid grinding.
Perfect solution for high-precision, high production work.
Linear motors on diamond dressers. High precision in wheel profiling.
Twin-Grip spindle support. Built in house shafts for a range of grinding wheel peripheral speeds from 20 to 120 m/s. Interchangeable shafts available for customers so as to avoid machine stoppages due to maintenance or other incidents.
Rapid component changeover. Automatic workrest blade locking, automatic workrest blade height regulation, among others.
