Yet another year, DANOBATGROUP will exhibit its products at the METALLOBRABOTKA, the main machine tool trade fair held yearly in Russia from 14 to 18 of May.

• This new hub is located in the facilities of the Basque technology centre IK4-IDEKO, and was inaugurated this morning in an event attended by the President of the Basque Government, Iñigo Urkullu Renteria.
• The initiative seeks to boost the competitiveness of the industry and further develop and test digital technologies and high-precision grinding solutions.
• The centre is framed within DANOBATGROUP’s commitment to innovation.

DANOBAT-OVERBECK exhibits at the CANNEX 2018 metal packaging show in Guanzhou, China from May 15th to 18th.

DANOBAT-OVERBECK manufactures grinders for the production and repair of a wide range of container tooling and exhibits at Cannex the IRD machine range, which implements a novel flexible and economical concept of manufacturing addressed to the whole range of tools for the cupper tooling and body maker, providing high reliability and productivity.

• The machine tool manufacturer DANOBATGROUP has been working with the startups Enigmedia and Keynetic on the development of more secure systems for data transmission in manufacturing plants.
• The project is part of the Basque Government´s Bind 4.0 programme to boost business development and industrial digitalisation.
• Within the framework of this programme, a group of companies will visit the Basque group´s facilities on April 25 to have first-hand information on the initiative.

• The business group will have a prominent presence at the event, which will be held in parallel with the Spanish Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH).
• The forum aims to be a meeting point for companies in the industrial sector, students pursuing a career and professionals looking for a career break.

• The solution is integrated into a completely automated bearing production line.
• The system performs turning operations on hard materials with a high level of process repeatability and stability.
• It is a solution which combines the flexibility of a lathe with the precision and production rates of a grinding machine.

The machine tool and advanced production system manufacturer DANOBAT has developed a high-precision lathe for the bearing manufacturer NBI Bearings Europe, which forms part of the NBI industrial group.

• The Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce has recognised the machine tool manufacturer for its “innovative DNA” and its commitment to digitalisation applied to industry.
• The prize was presented this morning at a ceremony attended by the Minister for Economic Development and Infrastructure of the Basque Government, Arantxa Tapia, and Chairman of Gipuzkoa Council, Markel Olano, among other dignitaries.
• The managing director of DANOBATGROUP, Pello Rodriguez, has called the award a recognition of a business track record marked by innovation, close cooperation between different cooperatives that make up DANOBATGROUP and, above all, those people that have made it possible.

The GOIMEK cooperative, which is part of the DANOBATGROUP  and specialises in precision machining and large parts machining operations, will be exhibiting its capacities in Hall 1C Stand C68 at MIDEST 2018, one of the most important industrial subcontracting fairs in the world, which is held every year in Paris. The fair is very important for this business unit, as France is its natural export market due to its close proximity and type of service that it offers.
