DANOBAT Sheet Metal presents its new laser cutting machine at the BIEMH

  • DANOBAT Sheet Metal launches IRIS, its new laser cutting machine based on the fiber technology, at the BIEMH.

In the next edition of the BIEMH, to be held at the BEC from May 28 to June 2, DANOBAT Sheet Metal will present in the stand B24-D25, located in Hall 5, its newlaser cutting machine, IRIS, based on the fiber technology. The use of fiber technology achieves great reduction of production costs, associated with energy saving. Furthermore, it achieves a drastic reduction in fixed maintenance costs and consumables. The most outstanding advantages of the fiber laser are:
  • EFFICIENCY: drastic reduction in energy consumption due to high performance of the laser source.
  • SPEED: high cutting and piercing speeds, thanks to the beam density and linear motors.
  • VERSATILITY: a wider range of materials can be processed, due to wavelength which enables cutting of reflective materials .
  • COMPACT: compact and simple layout. The  use of optic fiber simplifies machine architecture, since the beam is transported through cable.
The IRIS model of DANOBAT is equipped as standard with an automatic table change system. Optionally it may be equipped with automatic storage, loading and unloading systems.
