Automatic Panel Bender.
The system allows the user to produce small batch quantities with a variety of material thickness and bend profiles.
The system versatility offers a solution for large range of part bending applications.
The machine concept provides better accuracy than conventional CNC bending methods and requires less operator interface.
Based upon part complexity, the Danobat bending system can offera productivity equivalent to 3, 4 or 5 conventional press brakes.
Production set-up time between programmes 30 sec.
Continuous surface C-frame for all types of profiles.
More adaptable for operating with sensitive materials such as Stainless steel and pre-painted.
Positive and negative bends without the need of part inversion.
